Shipping Terms and Conditions

Backorder Policy: 

While we do our best to maintain adequate inventory, occassionally things happen beyond our control that causes us to be out of stock on certain items.  Normally when this happens, these items will be deleted from your order.  If a substantial portion of your order is out of stock, we will make every attempt to contact you to find out how you would like to proceed.  If the amount of your back order exceeds $50.00, we will keep the items on backorder and ship them to you when they become available.  We encourage you to re-order all other items.  .

Perishable Shipments:

All perishable items, including cheese, meat, and fish, may require the use of an ice pack ($.75 each).  While it is strongly recommended that meat and fish items be shipped by air, these shipments will be up to the discretion of the customer.  The customer assumes all responsibility for these shipments and the condition in which they arrive.  When ordering  perishable items please select the appropriate shipping method.

Air Shipments:

Shipments that are shipped via Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select, will result in added shipping charges.  Please be advised that when selecting these air shipment methods, the shipping charges can change significantly.  If you wish to know more about estimated charges, please contact us.
